Really good Service and Amazing Views
attentive staff excellent service amazing views special touch
The staff was attentive. Johan and Gerhard provided excellent service! The views from the hotel were Fine. Little extras, like the evening canapés, added a special touch.
I noticed a very small stain on the bathroom mirror.

The hotel offers nespresso machines with original capsules everywhere. I could also order a sandwich for lunch which was convenient. There IS a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for a quick dip after a day of exploring.

The hotel boasts a sunny location with an Very nice view of the ocean. It is a convenient spot with easy access to nearby attractions. A great base for exploring local sights. The hotel also offers easy access to Camps Bay.

Breakfast service was wonderful, with tasty options. I noted the lovely tableware! The staff went the extra mile to. There was also cake available, a nice little bonus.

i found the staff was always helpful. they gave good advice about things to do. breakfasts was wonderful too. the rooms had good appointments, i asked for nothing more.
the hotel did not have an elevator, it was a bit tough with heavy luggage.

really good boutique experience
airport transfer super clean room varied menu personal service
This made arrival seamless. the room was super clean upon arrival and maintained to that standard throughout. breakfasts featured fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a varied menu. the staff remembered my preferences. This added a personal touch to the service.
the in-room coffee machine was slightly difficult to use at first, though i figured it out.

Breakfast included home-made bread, fresh juice, and eggs prepared to order, I also saw crispy bacon. the presentation was perfect. there were vegetarian options available. This catered to different dietary needs.

The infinity pool provides fine views. it is perfect for a refreshing dip. the hotel has a sea view and a relaxed vibe. This made it very relaxing. i noticed secure location.

high-end fittings fresh options helpful staff
i stayed in a Beautiful king room. The room featured high-end fittings and equipment. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh options. Staff provided great advice for hikes and restaurants. They were helpful with things to do in the area.
i noticed a lack of certain amenities . There was no fitness center available. I also didn't find any spa facilities on site. These omissions were significant.
